The Bukasa Water Project was completed 2 years ago, this project brought electricity and a secure water source to the village of Bukasa. Currently the water committee meets every Wednesday to discuss the issues addressing the project. The role of Kyetume CBHC is slowly diminishing as the role of the water committee is increasing. During the meetings the Kyetume CBHC staff members and water committee members discuss and resolve the different issues such as cost, community involvement, water meters, household visits and maintenance of the system.
